Our experience with Malkin’s was a very pleasant one. Gavin, our sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable of the various carpeting products. He explained things to us and answered our questions. One thing about his approach is that he is not at all the “pushy salesman”. He gave us whatever time we wanted/needed to look at the carpet samples and discuss amongst ourselves without hovering around us during this time. Bob, the gentleman who called to arrange the installation date, was thorough, explained everything that would occur and let us pick the date and time of our installation. We came to Malkin’s to help us get a carpet to work in our sunroom. It gets full sun and would need to be of good quality. We prefer the Sunstrand type of carpet which is a more natural product—very soft and no bad carpet smell. The salesperson took the extra time to contact Mohawk, the manufacturer and we were happy to hear the warranty would apply. It’s easy to give a warranty, but in special circumstances (like ours) there may be the dreaded fine print. This kind of service does get them raving fans! Again, it was a pleasure working with your store and your people. RAVING FANS!
