Debra and her husband Marty live in Mequon with their two pets. In her free time, she loves to decorate, workout, and power walk. Her personal goal for this year is to improve her golf skills by golfing more often.
Nick Caravella

Nick was born in Sicily, Italy. He now lives in Muskego with wife Maria, sons Stefano and Nick Jr., daughter Marisa and a beautiful granddaughter that keeps him busy. He’s known by his work associates and friends for his sense of humor and easygoing nature. In his free time, you’ll find him fishing, golfing, and hunting. His favorite part of his job is taking care of the customer, following up with them, and making sure the work went well. He likes the many different ways to interact with customers—it’s never the same. His personal goal is to help more people with flooring than he did last year!
Sal D’Amato

Sal was born in Italy and now lives in Milwaukee. He is the youngest of a large Italian family and is known for his professionalism and giving nature. He has a unique passion for martial arts. As a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) judge commonly used by the UFC, he travels all over the world. At Malkin’s, he truly loves to deal with people and helps customers choose the floor that’s perfect for them. One of his goals is to strive to become a better person. And to not text and drive!
Keith Becker

Keith and his wife Lynn live in Thiensville. His hobbies and interests include tennis, golf, reading, and spending time with family. His favorite part of his job is “getting the opportunity to help people beautify their home or business.” He’s known at Malkin’s for his follow-through. One of his goals is to cut five strokes off of his golf game.

Brian and wife Terese live in Menomonee Falls with their five children. He’s known at work for his lively sense of humor. He feels the time goes so fast at Malkin’s—there’s “never a dull moment.” When he’s not at work, he enjoys working outdoors, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
Brian “Vern” Strupp

Brian truly enjoys “helping our customers turn their house into a home one floor at a time.” His passion for flooring and design assist him in making sure that every customer finds their perfect floor. He, his wife, Jessica, son, Cole, and daughters, Olivia and Stella, live in Slinger. His hobbies include volleyball, golfing, bowling, going to sporting events, and coaching his daughter’s soccer team. He is looking forward to all of the new lifelong friends that he will make this year as he helps them find their perfect floor.
Joey Tagliavia
21 Years of Experience
After spending 20 years installing flooring, Joey decided to take on the sales side of the business in April of 2015. He has never been happier and his knees have never felt better! He enjoys working with customers and helping them with their flooring selections. Joey lives in Wauwatosa with his wife, Tracy, and their two daughters, Torie and Taylor. He enjoys watching his girls in their many sports activities. Most nights and weekends are spent in a gym or at the ball park, which he wouldn't trade for the world. With what is left of his free time, Joey enjoys four wheeling, golfing, and cheering on his Green Bay Packers. Joey is happy to be a member of the Malkin's team and is very thankful for the support of his fellow teammates.
